Generation stuck
The podcast has been generating for over 10 minutes and doesn't seem to finish.
Most likely cause: The display isn't refreshing, but the podcast is actually being created in the background.
Error when creating
You receive an error message when trying to generate the podcast.
Possible causes: File too large, wrong format, or temporary server issues.
Output sounds wrong
The podcast was generated, but the content doesn't match your document.
The AI generates based on your questions — more specific questions produce better results.
How to fix the problem
Go through these steps in order.
Reload the page
Refresh the page (F5 or Ctrl+R). Progress is sometimes not displayed correctly.
Also check your dashboard — the podcast will appear there automatically once it's ready.
Check your document
Make sure your document contains text (not a pure image PDF), is under 20 MB, and is in PDF or DOCX format.
Open the PDF and try to select some text. If you can't, it's a scanned image without OCR.
Try again
Recreate the podcast with the same settings. Occasional timeouts can happen due to temporary server load.
Free users: During peak hours, generation may take longer as paid plans get priority in the queue.
